Originally from Bordeaux, Germain arrived in Saumur in 1991, with its perfect balance of grape variety, chenin blanc, climate and terroir. The vineyard is worked naturally, keeping the vine and the soil at their healthiest; and since 2005, Biodynamically. Manually harvested grapes at their ripest level. The wine is unrefined and unfiltered. Organically and Environmentally Friendly. Germain has garnered much praise in the Global press for his exciting wines, which are always filled with ripe, generous fruit and supple textures.
